This product is produced by our company through the introduction of advanced foreign technology. Polyurethane grouting material is a kind of high elasticity and toughness gel with low shrinkage and compact structure, which is polymerized after mixing with water and then rapidly foamed, expanded and solidified. This product has a very superior self repairing function by repeatedly foaming with water, and its waterproof and leak stopping effect is 2-3 times that of traditional leak stopping materials.

Construction method

Drill holes at drip points using a high-pressure grouting machine and fill them with water stopping needles for grouting and plugging. It is recommended to inject polymer cement slurry into areas with large voids during settlement and crack sealing, and then inject the sealing material again after the cement slurry solidifies.

1. Suitable for any complex and loose leakage structure, such as settlement joints, construction joints, expansion joints, etc.
2. Anti leakage and plugging projects for subways, tunnels, bridges, dams, rock formations, mines, ditches, etc.
3. Concrete cracks, structural gaps, floor hollows, basement brick walls, and other building cracks causing water leakage.

1. Wear protective equipment (such as gloves, goggles) during construction to avoid direct contact with the skin, if there is contamination should be washed with plenty of water.
2. This product is stored in a cool place, construction must pay attention to ventilation and away from the source of fire materials not solidified before the construction area away from open fire.

1. Stored in clean, dry and sealed iron drums
2. Transport according to regular product requirements, prevent rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision, and ensure that th packaging is intact.
3. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature should not be higher than 40℃.
4. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 9months.
